Brufen 200 tablet is a common pain killer used to treat aches and pains. It blocks chemical messengers in the brain that tell us we have pain. It is effective in relieving pain caused by headache, migraine, nerve pain, toothache, sore throat, period (menstrual) pains, arthritis, and muscle aches.

Composition
Each sugar coated tablet contains:
- Ibuprofen: 200 mg
Suggested Usage
- The recommended dose is 1200 to 1800 mg day in divided dose. Some patients can be maintained on 600 to 1200 mg day. In severe and acute cases, it could be advantageous to increase the dosage until the acute phase is over. Generally the maximum daily dose should not exceed 2400 mg in divided dose, however the dose can be raised to 3200mg, if necessary but the patient must be monitored closely.
- Tablets are not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
