Each filmtab contains:

- Vitamin D: 400 IU
- Vitamin E: 15 IU
- Vitamin C: 60 mg
- Folic Acid: 300 mcg
- Vitamin B1: 1.05 mg
- Vitamin B2: 1.2 mg
- Vitamin B6: 1.05 mg
- Vitamin B12: 4.5 mcg
- Niacinamide: 13.5 mg
Suggested Usage
