Bisoprolol is a beta blocker that blocks beta 1 adrenoceptors (located mainly in the heart) resulting in low cardiac output. It reduces cardiac workload by decreasing contractility and the need for oxygen. It also decreases renin release by kidneys which is further responsible for reduction in blood pressure.

Each film coated tablet contains:
- Bisoprolo Fumarate: 5 mg
