Alprazolam is a benzodiazepine used as an anti-anxiety medication. It is frequently used to treat or minimize the indications of anxiety and panic disorders, such as abrupt, unexpected, and uncontrolled outbursts of fear, discomfort, and worry.
Taking an ALP tablet sometime before night and when you have adequate time to sleep is always recommended. You can take it 30 to 60 minutes before eating on an empty stomach. With water, swallow it whole. Avoid chewing or breaking the tablet. Take it an hour or two before bed because it makes you tired and improves your sleep.
