Combigan Eye Drops are used for the treatment of high blood pressure inside the eyes due to glaucoma or other eye diseases. The lowering of blood pressure of the eye prevents weak eyesight and blindness. The medicine belongs to alpha agonists. The main ingredients of the medicine are timolol and brimonidine. Brimonidine tartrate and timolol reduce the production of aqueous humor in the eye. These ingredients prevent and relieve redness in the eyes caused by smog, smoke, or dust. They allow better drainage from inside the eyes. They come in a convenient, easy-to-use dispenser.
Composition
Each bottle contains:
- Active: brimonidine tartrate: 2 mg/ml
- timolol: 5 mg/ml
- Preservative: benzalkonium chloride: 50 ug/ml
