Ezilax Tablet is helpful for the treatment of chronic constipation and cleansing out intestines before the examination of surgery. It contains lactulose as an active ingredient. Lactulose solution is a synthetic disaccharide which breaks down in the large intestine into mild acids that draw water into the colon to soften the stools.
Composition
Each tablet contains:
- Senna extracts (contains Sennosides A & B with essential phospholipids.)
Suggested Dosage
- Children (Above 1 Year): Half to one tablet at bed time
- Adults: 1 tablet at bed time, in severe cases 2-3 tablets at bed time or as directed by the physician.
