For 6 month old baby ready for his first solid food, this is an authentic Cerelac recipe with the goodness of nutritious rice and oats grains along with apples. This recipe has no added sugars so the yummy taste comes from the apples.
Key Ingredients
- Rice flour (48%), Skimmed milk (contains soya), Apple (12%), Vegetable oil (palm olein), Oat flour (1.6%), Minerals (sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, iodine), Soya lecithin, Vitamin (A, B, C, B1, B2, niacin, B6, pantothenic acid, B12, biotin), Vanillin, Bifidus culture.
Directions
- Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Measure 75ml and pour lukewarm water into baby's bowl.
- Add 25g or 4 level tablespoons on of cerelac.
- Stir until the cerelac is smooth and feed immediately using a clean spoon. Do not keep unfinished portion.
