Panadol Extend is a unique bi-layer tablet incorporating an immediate-release and a sustained release dose of paracetamol. Paracetamol is released in 2 stages, with the first stage being released quickly, for rapid onset of action, and the second stage being released slowly over the day or night, to provide prolonged pain relief.

Active Ingredients
Each tablet contains:
- Paracetamol: 665 mg
Suggested Usage
- Adults including the elderly and children aged 12 years and over: 2 tablets taken three times a day every 6–8 hours as required, up to a maximum of 6 tablets in any 24-hour period.
Directions
- Minimum dosing interval 4 hours.
- Do not exceed the stated dose.
- The lowest dose necessary to achieve efficacy should be used.
- Maximum duration of continued use without medical advice: 3 days.
Warnings
- Contains paracetamol. Do not use with any other paracetamol-containing products. The concomitant use with other products containing paracetamol may lead to an overdose.
