This medicine is used to provide symptomatic relief from allergic symptoms caused by histamine release including nasal allergies and allergic dermatoses. It can be used in combination with epinephrine in the treatment of anaphylaxis (sudden allergic reaction), treatment or prevention of motion sickness, used to prevent cough, management of Parkinsonian syndrome, used in itching associated with insect bites, minor cuts, burns and rashes.
Composition
Each 5ml contains:
- Aminophylline BP: 32 mg
- Diphenhydramine HCI BP: 8 mg
- Ammonium Chloride BP: 30 mg
- Menthol BP: 0.98 mg
